Disgusting Customer Service Ever.

I have never experienced such a horrific customer service in my life. Game sold me an extended warranty with Pmc Electronics and they did not only not fix my fridge, but they are not even willing to even work with me in arranging for the pick up for the STILL Broken fridge.

I am dealing with a lady that is so rude and unwilling to professionally compromise with their customer on a time for a pick up. I am a single lady that is working, but they have no regard of that. As they continuously expect me whenever they want me to be leaving my job,costing me patrol and the risk of being disciplined for being unreliable to my job. Repeatedly I am having to throw away R1000s worth of food as I am with a Broken Fridge and the people who are supposed to be assisting me are being unprofessional.

I regret purchasing this fridge along with the extended warranty from Game.
