Bad Bad Service!!!

I don't know if this will make any difference as I see so many bad reviews already regarding Pmc Electronics. Unfriendly, unhelpful, *********** ...the so called manager Donovan Scheepers has no clue of what it is to be a manager and cutomer service. I really can't believe that pmc electronics is still open for business and is actually a authorized service centre for SAMSUNG !!!
