After paying R 472.76 my ice machine was not repaired

I took an ice machine for repair on 16 April 2024 and received it back two weeks later. My daughter lives in Swaziland and collected the machine on the weekend. Back home she switched the machine on just to find it still had the same problem. R 472.76 later it was not repaired! I phoned PMC Electronics and spoke to a very unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist. I explained that she lives in Swaziland and can only have the machine back in Pretoria on 19 July 2024, 3 days after the so called repair guarantee expires. She explained it was my responsibility to check that the machine was repaired and the 3 month date cannot be changed. Surely it is their responsibility to check that the machine was repaired!!
