Wifi connectivity

My wifi has been on and off, it has been acting strange and going offline saying that there's no internet for days. I logged complaints and sent emails but still got no assistance. I even called them numerous times but still I was not helped. I would like to rate Thaphelo and Don five stars for assisting me( they were the customer service agents that helped me with my issue) thank you to them I hope that they see my review
