What a humble and Kind Agent
I had the pleasure of meeting Naomi when I urgently needed help with paying my Wi-Fi services. She was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain the portal where I can easily load a voucher to get reconnected. Not only did she walk me through the process, but she also went the extra mile by calling the office to ensure they sent me all the necessary details. Exceptional service, and I’m so grateful for her help!
