Too long to resolve the issue

Too long to resolve an issue, my router was installed last week right, but it wasn’t working due to fibre issues and I had to call pluxnet multiple times for assistance, it took a week to resolve the issue, which is too long but through it all all I wanna thank the pluxnet technician livhuwani who kept phushing his supervisor to escalate the issue and finally got fixed. He even came back to resolve my internet as promised. Although I’m now connected I’m not happy with the response time, hopefully pluxnet can improve their issue resolution process
