Terrible customer service. Do not take pluxnet!!! Do not take pluxnet!!!

Since I took the package I never had connection. Phones are not being answers, send emails no replies, they promise to get back to you on their whatsapp and they never do.

It was all nice when I took the service with Snegugu Mbambo, they so fast to send you terms and conditions and invoices but after that you on your own.

Pluxnet deserves a negative rating, the customer service is terrible. I can't even get hold of them as I now want to cancel my services, I am so disappointed, frustrated. I feel like I have been ****med, you pay for a service you will never receive.
