Since I signed up for this fibre i have never had the pleasure of using it. From the installation to network issues on a daily basis to no customer service. Each time I report an issue im asked to either reboot,unplug and plug again and take a video of the router to send to them. Then 2 hours later after sending the video etc still no one be available to assist. I don't advise anyone to use them, they're a nightmare kind of service provider.
