Replacement

Wendy was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated with follow-ups and provided excellent assistance throughout. The technician who replaced the router was good. Overall, the customer service was good, but the company really needs to improve its Wi-Fi connectivity and reliability, as it can be extremely frustrating when it goes down.
