Really Bad ISP
Pluxnet is the worst ISP that Ive ever came across this ISP should rather close before more customers has to go through wasted time. There services is based on regular working hours that offers no after hours support. Which leaves you with no service till the next day. There billing is pathetic and cannot deliver a service that requires customer support not all client works 8 to 5 and when you come at home and there is no wifi there is no support. I would not suggest Pluxnet to anybody they didn't even send out any contracts or terms and conditions. They are really the worst ISP. Also can’t provide the line you pay for they cap you to lower then what you pay for. For example I took the 1G download and 250 upload and was capped to 600mbps download. Please can who ever allows ISPs to become ISPs rather black list them
