Prompt reconnection and excellent service recovery

My connection went off on Saturday, sent a WhatsApp and I was told the matter is escalated without a turn around time and was also requested for a video which I sent. I decided to call the call centre and was put through to the technical team which sorted my issue in a few minutes. I am so happy with the service recovery after I was so frustrated, I however do believe that the service from the WhatsApp platform is not doing and justice to assist us with query. I do not recall the name of the lady from the technical team but I think it was Ayanda she sorted my with ease and explained to me the reason why I was disconnected I hope I called sooner I am so happy with my experience
