Poor service

It's been 2 weeks without internet and you guys don't even seem to care. Our life depends on internet this days and your service is extremely poor like 0 your care at all its so annoying because we pay for this service. The only person who seems to know what is he doing there and who's always helpful and gets things done it's Dawn thank you Dawn you saved the day only if the others can do the same.

Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the ongoing service disruption in Fleurhof.

The outage has been caused by multiple fibre breaks in the area, and while our technical team has been working hard to resolve the issue, the repairs have taken longer due to the complexity of the damages.

We have now deployed regular patrol on our fibre infrastructure to try and prevent these acts of vandalism where our fibre is damaged due to attempt at *****ing electrical cables and repairs that are happening on the water and electricity infrastructure

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and will seek to do better in the future.
