Poor service.

Poor service. A person has to throw a tantrum before receiving help. Its boring to have to complain everytime ( I get promised a call back and nobody calls even a message nothing. I get ignored) about the same time. It now 2 days without internet and tomorrow i am writing exams, need my connection restored urgently.I paid on 22nd October. Ticket number ***
