worse ISP ever, customer service or the lack of it is on another level. I order this service (500/250) 2 weeks ago, they were so quick to let me sign the paper work which I was happy to do, however upon Openserve completing the line installation Pluxnet is nowhere to be found. I called customer care , I used WhatsApp's and emails, no one is available to assist me. I want to cancel the deal and move to AFRIHOST since they are highly recommended.
