Pluxnet is useless
I would advise people to never use their services. First of all I'm paying for 30mbps yet sometimes when I do a speed test I only get 18mbps.
Secondly, I paid this morning because I want to teach online. I emailed them my pop as well as to send it to their WhatsApp number. I even called to let them know that I've paid.
They asked me to send a 30 second video of which I did but still I'm not connected. I regret ever signing a contract with them because they are ruining my classes.
