Pluxnet Fibre Nightmare

It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Our WiFi has been down since Thursday. No one responds to your calls or WhatsApps Pluxnet fibre, who is the ISP gave us a ticket number and said if was the fibre company…who informed us that there is no data movement coming into the ISP. I work from home and constantly need to go to a place where there is WiFi
