Absolutely Appalling Experience – Pluxnet is Running a **** Using Their Terms and Conditions

I signed up for Pluxnet’s WiFi service and paid in May, but not once has the WiFi worked from day one. Despite numerous emails reporting the issue for over a month, no resolution has been provided. Instead of fixing the problem or taking accountability, they continue to hide behind their terms and conditions – a clear tactic to **** unsuspecting customers.

I spoke to Lebohang, who repeatedly mentioned their terms and conditions, even though no service was ever rendered. Why should I be bound by fine print when Pluxnet hasn’t upheld their end of the contract? I’ve been unable to work, and my children have missed out on schoolwork for weeks – the inconvenience and distress this has caused my family is unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, they refuse to release my fibre line so I can switch to a reliable provider. This is clearly a deliberate tactic to lock customers in while continuing to collect payments for a service they never deliver.

I was also transferred to Thabiso, who claims to be a manager. After expressing my frustrations and asking for the line to be released, he did absolutely nothing. No follow-up, no solution, nothing. Just more silence.

To make matters worse, Pluxnet has turned off comments on their TikTok, which to me is another major red flag – they don’t want potential customers to see how poorly they treat current ones.

Here’s proof that the issue lies with Pluxnet and not the infrastructure: my neighbour, who also uses Vuma fibre (same as Pluxnet), had a similar issue. She reported it to her ISP and it was fixed within an hour. Meanwhile, I’ve been waiting over a month with no service and no assistance.

Pluxnet has proven that they are not committed to delivering any real service – they are simply taking people’s money under false pretenses and hiding behind legalese when called out. This kind of conduct is not just ********* – it’s disgusting.

Avoid Pluxnet at all costs. They are a ****, plain and simple.
