Pluxnet Fibre Is Customer Friendly and Professional

I had my Wifi Internet Issues and I called Pluxnet and Spoke to Mr Dawn the consultant whom did follow up for me for my Wifi Services incorrect speed after my Router been replaced . Very awesome guy who honestly checked up on me and gave me feedback when I needed and at the end of the day he tried to make sure that I'm sorted. He was highly professional and he understood my frustration but still kept his calm and honestly followed up and got me sorted.

Unfortunately i am still not sorted with my speed since i got connected and i hope Pluxnet fibre will correct it soon.
