What a wonderful and pleasant young lady Nolwazi Singo is! From the moment I spoke to her, I could tell I was in good hands. She offered excellent service—very helpful, friendly, and professional.

I signed up around 3pm and sent the paperwork back after 4pm. To my surprise, the next morning at 9am, Pluxnet delivered the router, and by 10am, the technicians were at my place with the black box. Talk about prompt service!

After the setup, there was an unexpected internet connection error. That’s when I was directed to technician Dawn Mmakubjane from the support team. We struggled for a day or two, but he never gave up. He was determined to get things working—and he did! His patience and persistence were deeply appreciated.
