No internet for days

Two days in a row I've been calling about the same issue and no one has been able to fix it, they're all escalating but no one is getting back to me. This month alone I've had more offline days than online and this is affecting my work a lot since I work from home. I don't know why should continue paying for this sht service when I still have to buy data everyday.
