No if's or but's - just old fashioned good service

I ordered a custom-made shade-net from Plusnet / Geotex (part of Astrapak Group), late last year. <br> The salesperson involved was David de Beer. Delivery was on time and I installed the shade-net.<br> Three months later, I noticed that the eyelets were tearing from the seam and contacted David.<br> He requested the net to be returned for inspection.<br> I expected that they would refit the eyelets better or with a better type of eyelet and return my original shadenet.<br> My net was duly delivered, neatly packaged, and in good time. There were no additional charges involved.<br> When I arrived on site and opened the shade-net, I realized that not only were the eyelets replaced, but the entire net has been replaced, more eyelets installed and the seams were re-enforced! <br> No questions, no additional charges, no excuses, no if's or but's - just plain old fashioned, good customer service - something that is very, very scarce these days.<br> Five stars to David and Plusnet / Geotex - keep up the good work - you are one amid few that provide such type of after-sales service today!
