Network outage

Im so disappointed with pluxnet fiber...I have been having a network outage for 14 days and still my my problem wasn't attended to.,I have spoke to 8 people from pluxnet including their management yet still my problem still remains intact in this 14 days i am the one who's making follow ups ...I even wrote an email and I was never rep****
