Im not writing a review about pluxnet but a review of one of its employees. Kgarudi Ramantswana . His one of the best pluxnet employees i have come across. Always willing to help even if it is not a Plunext problem. Like my fibre was down for almost 2 days because of a 3rd part issue. He did not rest till it was sorted and kept me up to date about progress. He can sure show pluxnet agents what is client centricity. He values his customers and I appreciate that.
