i paid for installation and was told to wait for installation, got a call yesterday27/03/25 from one of your consultants Karabo. Asking if the technicians are done working at my house. Yet no one came to my house. Upon telling him that no one came he said he'll call them to check but then never came back to me with feedback. I then sent a message to your WhatsApp channel which the response was the technicians have knocked off already so they'll attend to me the following day 28/03. It's 16 h00 now. No one came. No one called. No communication whatsoever
