I am writing this as a final public warning to any consumer considering Pluxnet

I am writing this as a final public warning to any consumer considering Pluxnet. Since September 10th, 2025, I have been paying for a service that is effectively non-existent. My internet drops every 9 to 29 minutes, making it impossible to hold a professional meeting or work from home. For over 100 days, I have been given the run-around. I have dealt with Thabiso, Dawn, Yuri, and Sibusiso at Pluxnet, and Itumeleng and Amanda at Vumatel. I have had technician visits, troubleshooting sessions, and endless "escalations." On October 20th, Pluxnet’s Thapelo Mooketsi promised that "Senior Engineers" were conducting a "thorough assessment" and committed to a resolution by October 31st. It is now late December, and the problem persists. The reality of Pluxnet’s service: Empty Promises: They acknowledge the "seriousness" of the matter but do absolutely nothing to fix it. Financial Exploitation: I am paying a full monthly subscription to Pluxnet PLUS hundreds of Rands in mobile data just to keep my job.
