Great service from Yuri at Pluxnet

I was assisted by a technician Yuri with my internet speed lagging and buffering on Netflix. Yuri stayed on the call with me for over 20minutes and made sure I get my network speed tested. He was so patient all the time because I'm not the most tech savvy, Yuri even explained the technical terminology to me about different connections and how to use the different connection type. I am so pleased with Yuri and he was so honest about connection and how many devices I can connect based on my speed and all this was after 7pm at night and he even called me so many times to check on me. Yuri really is a gem!
