EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WHO REWUIRES PEACE

I'm drained. No internet since 10 am, and it's now 22:00 going to sleep becausethere is no hope. The call center service has been atrocious. Same issue happened last Wednesday, and it took until 19:00 to resolve. Today, I've made 22 calls, including 3 dropped calls, with no progress. Despite paying on time, I'm not prioritized. The staff are impatient, and it's infuriating. The final straw was Londiwe - she was irritated, put me on hold without warning, and dropped the call when I got angry. I tried calling back, but they answered and dropped immediately. This is what I'm paying for? I wouldn't wish this stress on anyone. I've lost productivity, and it's costing me as a business owner. I was given a WhatsApp number, but they ignore my messages or blue tick without responding. Aviwe doesn't respond to my queries, and it's clear they're not interested in helping. I'm warning others: JOIN LINGTEG AND PLUXNET AT YOUR OWN RISK.
