After two weeks of being taken back and forth by technicians and sometimes not being given answers by the company, Thapelo finally did. He is one of the patient, caring technicians i ever heard of. He is so passionate about his job and he made sure i was connected back online. Not just that guys, but he made a follow up after few hours to check if iam still connected.
