Excellent customer service from Tebogo Nkoana

I had a problem with my rooter whereby it didn't have internet connection, I logged my querie on WhatsApp and Tebogo call me back. She wanted to understand the issues and what kind of lights does my rooter show. She then said she will call me back which she did. She took me through all the channels on resetting my rooter and she was so patient with me coz some of the things I didn't understand. My issue was resolved. Thank you Ms Tebogo for your assistance, keep on doing the wonderful work
