End of my rope

I will be honest here. This is always hot or cold. I am now sitting an accumulative 2 months with issues. Every night at 8pm i have no conenctivity, chatbot is absolutly useless as you never speak to someone, You call and the line just drops. I am at my wits end as I work remotely and didnt want to do this. I have lost close to R600 in buying data to keep myself connected at work or i lose my job. Can someone finally sit with me and explain and do something about this?
