Debacle of Pluxnet

I've been with Pluxnet Fiber since January 2024 and ever since then up to now they have no service delivery whatsoever. The cherry on top of this entire debacle of this company is that, I have had no coverage of WIFI since the 14th May 2024 and it took them a week just to get a technician to come and inspect what the issue was and once they had figured out what the problem was, they promised to come and resolve the issue last Friday (24/05/2024) of which is not attended to date. They hardly ever response to their WhatsApp messages, they hardly ever answer their phone lines and when someone does eventually answer, they have no clue of the issues arising within their company. Pluxnet is a waste of people's time and money. They have no sense of urgency regardless of how many times you can call or message them. I use WIFI for everything that requires connection, phone, television and laptop(s), so I've had to buy data for the past 3 weeks because of this companies incompetence.
