Plush Properties and Evelyn (the agent)

Plush Properties sold us a property that is not approved by the Municipality and as such the property as it stands does not have approved building plans. Moreover their agent Evelyn did not ensure that she does the handover and despite the previous owner staying in our property after it was registered in our name the agent did not ensure that rental amount was paid by the owner even more we ended up not having a place to sleep while he occupied our place without paying any rental fee. Moreover, within 9 months the ceiling was already failing on us. Never ever buy house sold by Plush Properties or even by the agent who goes by the name of Evelyn. The houses they sell are not built according to the approved plans of municipalities and hence your house insurance will be invalid.
