All I can say is that if the agency looks *****, then it sure is. I browsed through their website and didn’t find direct contacts to management, the query page keeps saying error, what a joke! We moved into a place that was dirty, covered in cat fur and spider webs, don’t get me started on the dirty walls, floor and doors. Had to scrub the showers 3 times before I could shower. Spent days painting, soaking, scrubbing and cleaning. Got sick (and still am) during the whole process because of all the detergents and dust. Spent thousands on all that with zero compensation or accountability. Now we’ve been battling with fibre relocation because when we asked her all she said was, “everything is fine”. Fed up is an understatement. What a terrible experience!! Landlord said he paid for 2 cleaners, we found 1 cleaning the place & she didn’t know how to clean. We were told to wait another month before painting. When we told the agent (Massy Kazhanje) that the place was dirty she insisted on bringing back their cleaners! To do what exactly when they failed to remove surface level dirt? What deep cleaning were they going to do? Her communication was inconsistent, inconclusive and unprofessional , prioritising her personal life as if the world revolves around her and everyone else has nothing better to do. Worst experience ever!
