WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Absolutely atrocious service, don't even bother taking your car here. I would give no stars if I could. Our car was dirty from offroading, camping and taking dogs in the back. We decided to treat ourselves for once instead of just cleaning it at home, and we took it to Plush, man was that a mistake. We chose the "Executive" package, which is supposed to be fully cleaned inside and out, hoping our car would come back sparkling.

We were told our car would take 1,5hrs. After 2 hrs we went to collect only to find out the outside had only just been washed and it was apparently "ready to collect" but the inside hadn't been touched at all and was still filthy. We reminded them we paid for the Executive package and were told they forgot and to give them another half an hour.

We went to get coffee and after 30 min we went back down and they were still vacuuming the inside, we waited another 45 min (so now 3hr 15min when we only wanted to spend 1,5 hrs out at the shops) to go and collect the car and it's still absolutely filthy. Smudges from dogs inside the windows, windscreen, dash and dash display are all still covered in dust, in-between the seats are still full of dirt and dog hair, the floor is still covered in dog hair, and upholstery has barely been vacuumed. The outside is still covered in dirt, marks, and wax that hadn't been buffed off properly. Not only that but someone stole a wooden bowl he had sitting on the dashboard that had keys in it, they left the keys and took the bowl. We honestly could have done a better job at home, it barely even looks cleaner than it was before so I don't know what we wasted our money on.

When we're paying for one of the most expensive packages from a professional car wash service this sure as hell isn't the service we expect to get in return. Disgusted and beyond annoyed with this massive rip-off. We will never go back and we will tell everyone how appalling the service is.
