No communication and terrible attitude
I used to be a big fan of Plush and gave them 5 stars, but after two disappointing visits I've had to change my review. On Sunday morning we dropped our car off at 7:25am, one of the first cars there. When we came back at 8:55am, nobody had touched it. We were told we were third in line, but nobody said so at drop-off. A simple "we'll only get to your car in about an hour and a half" would have let us plan around it. The worst part wasn't even the lack of communication. It was the attitude. There was no apology, not even a simple "sorry, we should have told you." The staff member just shrugged and said "well, you were number three," as if we should have known our car wouldn't be started for an hour and a half on a quiet Sunday morning. This is the second time it has happened. When a business grows, it's easy to lose the customer care that built it in the first place. That's how loyal regulars end up as people who no longer recommend the brand. I really hope Plush gets back to treating its customers like they matter.

Airbag light illuminating after collecting my car at Wonderboom Junction
I took my car early in the morning (around 07:00) for a deep interior clean. When I came to collect it at about 16:40, they were still busy, the seats were wet and they hadn't cleaned the inside front window, it was all oily from the spray used. This was not a massive issue, the massive issue is that my airbag light is illuminating, I've had my car for 8 years and it has never illuminated. The workers didn't seem too bothered about this, no apology, just standing around scratching their heads. If I knew this was going to be the end result, I would never have taken my car to Plush Carwash! I am highly disappointed!

Would not recommend anyone to get they car washed
If I could rate this service a 0. I washed my car at fourways mall yesterday they then done a terrible job they never polished my tires and inside they never vacuumed properly full of dust and dirt. When I informed the people that my car was still dirty they gave me an attitude. I would not recommend anyone to get they car washed at this place.

Plush Bellairs mall
I should have read the reviews before going to Plush Bellairs mall. From the moment we arrived, it was an absolute terrible experience. Terrible Customer service(no communicationon how things work), poor service delivery(car is still dirty), and attitudes that stink(arrogant staff). Will not go there again!!

I should have read the reviews before going to Plush Bellairs mall. From the moment we arrived, it was an absolute terrible experience. Terrible Customer service(no communicationon how things work), poor service delivery(car is still dirty), and attitudes that stink(arrogant staff). Will not go there again!!

THEFT AT PLUSHG CAR WASH - NO CAMERAS!!!
THEFT - NO CAMERAS in sight! I'm beyond disappointed by Plush Car Wash FARRAMERE Q Square. This has been my trusted Car Wash for years, however last week Monday 30th of March 2026 after I took my vehicle in as i usually do my items disappeared from my Cubbyhole. I notified them immediately, they stated they would pull footage almost as a delay tactic. Post them notifying me of footage they then later confirmed that IN FACT THERE ARE NO CAMERAS that point in the direction of the Car Wash! which is ALARMING and should be for ALL clients as part of Motor Traders Internal as well as External claims may require footage in order to assist with ANY accidental claims caused by employees. The lady who has washed my vehicle was new; I've never needed to clear my Cubbyhole as I presumed it was procedure for them to not opened. I am a WEEK in, still awaiting promised contact from Head Office as well as website complaint portal. My BRAND-NEW scent as well as Earth Child voucher gifted to my son for His First Birthday is gone and everyone is MUM. It is the 7th of April no contact made, instead delayed tactics from staff matter was escalated with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE, if this is what happens in a loss incident imagine the hoops one would have to go through in order to get assistance should there be another incident.
