Plush carwash.

I took my (courtesy) car for a wash at the Watercrest Mall branch in KZN. On my return I found scratches on the driver side window, windshield and back window. Not long scratches, but deep scratches in the weirdest way. Almost like someone had a watch, ring or bracelet on while washing the car. I took it up with management and someone was sent to come inspect. I was sent video footage where I was told that on the screen "you will see the guy washing the car is looking at it as well". However, the wash guy is standing infront of the open car door. Polishing the scratches didn't work. When I asked for legal help, my lawyer contacted them and the guy on the other side just said:"Do what you like and whatever you have to". I must now return this vehicle tomorrow and will probably get fined for something I did not do. I looked at reviews of them afterwards and was shocked of how many people experienced the exact same thing.
