Paint damage by Plush

Plush washed my vehicle at Menlyn Maine in Pretoria. In the process they basically wiped the dirt around causing micro scratches over the whole car, and also somehow managed to create some severe scratches. After them missing the first appointments to see the vehicle, I finally made contact and they promised feedback within the day. Since this they've not contacted me again and attempts from my side results in the old "we'll get back to you". Clearly the product is not of good quality and considering the lack of accountability, my recommendation is to not use Plush, and don't use services like this just because it's connected to a brand like Menlyn Maine - you'll end up with a BIG bill and damaged car.
