Win-win solution

I recently bought a bath from Plumblink Alberton. Initially their computer system showed that the Midrand branch had stock on hand. This turned out not to be the case however. 10 days later and still no bath. The Alberton staff then went out of their way to find a branch that had stock, and to arrange delivery. They understood my dilemma and treated me courteously. Thank you especially to Ernesto, Clifford and Mbali, for the great way in which you treated a potentially negative situation.
