Terrible customer service

our Witbank/Emahleni branch is the most useless store I have ever dealt with on my life. Why did it take them 3 months to deliver a simple order on top of that we find out that I was overcharged. I was dealing with Joseph and the manager but to be honest not one person in that store was helping they were all as useless as they come. This was my very last time using Plumblink. The treatment was appalling and customer service was none existent.
