Absolutely shocking and disheartening to witness how Plumblink SA has shifted away from supporting contractors. After 15 years of loyalty, today marked the last time we’ll do business with them.

It's unacceptable that contractors—who rely on consistent, trade-based pricing—are now being offered the exact same rates as once-off cash clients. This undermines the value of long-standing business relationships and erodes trust.

Despite reaching out to head office two weeks ago to raise this exact concern, not only was it ignored, but pricing disparities have worsened. In some cases, we’re now being charged double compared to walk-in customers.

Plumblink has clearly chosen profit over partnership, turning into a supplier more focused on short-term margins than building sustainable B2B trust.
