Plumblink Sunnydale poor service

Ordered a Kwikot Solar Geyser and upon installation found that there was no installation manual. Phoned Cyprian, the salesperson, over a 2 week period on 4 occasions and he promised to phone me back but never did. He then blamed Kwikot for ignoring his various requests to send him the document. He then said he asked a plumber to send me a manual which never arrived. Terrible customer service. After phoning Kwikot directly they sent me the manual the next day.
