Plumblink Lansdowne never again

I bought a toilet there and when I installed it I noticed a small Crack on the bottom of the pot. I ask the sales person if we can exchanged it he said no because once it leaves the shop it's not their problem anymore. The plumber that installed it only saw the crack when he wiped it with a wet cloth. I wouldn't recommend buying from Plumblink because they don't care about their customers. I will not buy from them ever again.
