Plumblink East London - Client service is pathetic!!

I am not sure what is it with staff that treats customers the way they feel like treating them. East London branch - your level of client service is a disgrace compared to other branches. The fact that I have delt with the same person more than once with the same disgusting attitude is inexcusable.

I don't even speak to my employees the way I was spoken too.
