Plumblink abour crossing, terrible client service

Very bad service. I requested for a refund for goods I had purchased a while ago. The consultand made me fill forms and submit Ids and POA, then waited for 2 weeks without feedback. I had to call again only then i was told that they also need a bank statement. I have had enough I told them, you know what just deliver my goods then since its such a hassle to give me my money back, that was a week ago. Even today I have not received my goods and no one has contacted me from the shop. The branch is at Amanzimtoti. Anyway today I called on twice even left an sms but nobody cares to reply or answer the call
