Plumb Link bad service.

I was very dissappear by the service I received from the Manager at this store.I returned a product that I purchased in June 2024, because the top of the tap snapped off. I did not have an invoice but did have the original packing and proof of payment on my phone.The Manager would not help me and insisted on an invoice over and over again. When I told me I did not have an invoice but showed him the proof of payment,he was not interested in trying to help me, just insisted on an invoice. Not much of a Manager as far as service is concerned. I will never support this business again. I contacted the manufacturer of this product directly. They were very helpful sent a technician to replace the product at no cost to me.
