Never buy online - no email , no respond and no good received

<p>I made puchase on plumblink website on 28 Nov but i have received no email or communication. I followed up by email on 30 Nov and I received no respond. I phoned on 2 Dec in the morning and the assistant indicate to call me back in 5 min and i recieved no respond. I phoned in the afternoon again, Gloria from online pruchase has transferred me to another person and eventually the phone got cut. I called again and same thing happen again. Please can you inform me when i can receive the purchase else just return the money. I look forward receiving your urgent respond</p>
