Lack of service 😒

I have had no joy dealing with Plumblink Glen Anil branch. I have further laid a complaint complaint on Plumblink website and have received zero assistance. It has now gone a week with zero feedback.

I bought plumbing items for more than R15000. I specifically bought cobra bottle traps which the inspector where I had to install them has said it is not cobra and he requires a letter from where I bought the items stipulating that their product is cobra. The manager sent me the cobra representatives number which I had to explain my situation too again although the manager had said the cobra representative has been briefed. A week on I'm still waiting for a simple letter, no one gets back to me, I eventually ask and get told first thing Friday morning my problem will be dealt with..it is now 6pm and no one has gotten back to me. Plumblink is known for being one of the best reputable companies but I am not happy at all with how I have had no joy with my matter. Sbonelo who was my salesman has been helpful and forever assisting me but this matter is out of his hands and his manager has failed to deliver on his promise.
