Disgusting Service

I saw an item on their website that I wanted to purchase. Contacted the store in Bellville. Ordered the item for which I had to wait 3 weeks. Had to fill in crazy amounts of documentation just to order and had to pay the cash immediately. Item ordered was falsely advertised on their website - received something totally different from what was advertised. Returned and told refund would be best option but now must jump through hoops just to get money back and must complete and supply all sorts of documentation just to be refunded??!! Stop wasting my time! Pay back the money!
