Bad service at Plumlink Landsdowne

A reputable builder bought a brand new Franke Economy Wastrough in Jan 2020 at Landsdowne PLumlink. Last week i discovered that there was a leak in my product. I then informed my builder from Salie Joinery about the problem and he immediately let Plumlink know. He dealt with a Shamiel who now claims that they have no record of the purchase being made at the store or at least they may have lost the invoice.
