Hope you are well. Please give training to Javen Thomas that makes us customers feel like he did us a favor to come to work. He should have stayed at home if he did not want to even greet or speak to customers. Please send him for soft skills.

I run a plumbing business and even my plumbers does not behave like he does and he represents such a big brand Bidvest. He even decided to assist a client that came in after us. Unacceptable.
